At Mind Fitness Attitude Boxing our mission is to provide opportunities to young men and women who are either at-risk, gang affected, financially disadvantaged, or in need of physical and nutritional education. Boxing provides the elements of life skills that our community’s youth need to become successful in everyday society. The MFA boxing program provides a team environment that challenges our members with punctuation, dedication, perseverance, accountability, and commitment. Through these challenges, we create a sense of personal strength, self worth, and identity in our participants.
Our boxing philosophy is personal defense and boxing conditioning – the foundation for being protected and successful in the ring. Whether our boxers choose to participate in competition through USA Boxing, or continually apply themselves to practice and hone their skills, they will always be welcome to attend classes and expand their horizons.
